How MyVaranda Works

MyVaranda turns property photos into a generated real estate listing video.

The user does not need to record a video. The video is created from uploaded property photos.

Step 1: Start a video project

The user creates a new video project in MyVaranda.

A project represents one property video. It stores the uploaded photos, video settings, generation status, and final video.

Step 2: Upload property photos

The user uploads photos of the property.

For the Full Tour flow, MyVaranda uses up to 10 photos. The recommended structure is 2 photos per room, supporting up to 5 rooms in one video.

Accepted image types include JPEG, PNG, and WebP.

Step 3: Organize photos by room

The photos are assigned to room slots.

Each room can have 2 photos. MyVaranda uses both photos as visual references for the room layout, furniture, materials, lighting, and architecture.

Step 4: Choose camera movement

The user chooses a camera movement for each room.

Available movement styles can include push-in, left-to-right, right-to-left, upward, downward, pan, rotation, and premium drift.

The camera movement controls how the generated video moves through the room.

Step 5: Add intro settings

The user can add an intro to the video.

The intro can include listing text, such as the property title. It can also show property details, such as bedrooms and bathrooms.

This intro is added before the generated room segments.

Step 6: Choose music

The user can choose a music track.

If music is enabled, MyVaranda adds it to the final video after the video segments are generated and combined.

Step 7: Submit the generation

When the user starts generation, MyVaranda saves the uploaded photos as project assets and stores the selected camera movements, intro settings, and music settings.

MyVaranda then starts the video generation job.

Step 8: Generate room video segments

MyVaranda generates short video segments from the uploaded photos.

In the Full Tour flow, each room can become one segment. Each segment uses the room photos and the selected camera movement.

The system is designed to use the photos as references for the real property, preserving realistic geometry, straight walls, stable perspective, and natural depth where possible.

Step 9: Combine segments into one video

After the room segments are generated, MyVaranda combines them into one final listing video.

The final video can include:

  • generated room segments
  • an optional intro
  • an optional music track
  • a thumbnail
  • a poster image

Step 10: Deliver the final video

The user receives a finished real estate listing video.

The video is ready to use in property listings, ads, social media, WhatsApp, client presentations, and accommodation platforms.

Output

The final output is a ready-to-publish property video.

It is generated from uploaded photos. It does not require previous video footage.

MyVaranda is designed to stay faithful to the real property and avoid inventing rooms, spaces, or features that are not present in the uploaded photos.
